Well, the truth is that it would be perfect to not use Fragments at all, BUT navigation compose is completely not type safe and it's simply not working as you'd expect. Also, there are a lot of views/libs that don't support compose or say they do, but you end up with crashed. That's why having Fragments is a way for you to implement certain features so they work
